There is a utility room, having the pool pump/filter system, pressure pump for the water to the house and garden, and water softener.

Outdoors, there is a terrace and BBQ/Outdoor kitchen, featuring views of the garden, Teide, and the Atlantic ocean.
The Pool is 8×4.5 m and can if necessary be heated via solar panels on the roof.
The huge garden has a large lawn, fruit trees, flowers, etc. including a large Canarian palm tree.
There is an irrigation system taking care of watering the garden.
